Join us for an intimate evening around The Italian Table — a hands-on cooking class where we prepare and enjoy a beautiful, comforting Italian-inspired meal together. Chef led by our own co-founders, James, “Jimmi” Gaspard, and Laurie Berry.

In this interactive experience, you’ll learn how to create our beloved Winehead Chicken Pasta, along with:

  • Classic Caesar Salad with house-made croutons and scratch Caesar dressing

  • Fresh Focaccia Bread

  • Traditional Tiramisu

This is more than dinner — it’s an evening of technique, storytelling, and connection.

You’ll cook, plate, and dine together while learning chef tips, entertaining ideas, and the story behind our signature Winehead Chicken Pasta.

Each guest receives:

  • A printed take-home recipe bundle

  • Professional chef tips you can apply in your own kitchen

  • The story behind one of our most requested dishes
