Join us for July’s Cookbook Club gathering with At My Italian Table by Laura Vitale, as we team up with Pied a Terre, located at 746 Front Street to create a memorable summer supper experience.
What’s included: We will provide a main dish recipe from the cookbook and complimentary beverages.
What’s your role: You get to share or hone your own cooking skills and love of good food by preparing and sharing a recipe from this month’s cookbook. Don’t want to buy the book? Share with a friend and support Cathy’s local shop by picking up some inspiring cocktail napkins, acrylic wine glasses, or a beautiful serving bowl or tray!
Important Information for the Night of the Event:
Step 1: Start with complimentary wine and shopping with 15% off at Pied a Terre at 5:00pm. (Feel free to drop your dish off at Natchitoches Picnic Company before you go because it’s way too hot out for your dish to sit in your car while you shop).
Step 2: Take a leisure stroll down Front Street (or hop back in your air conditioned car) and make your way to Natchitoches Picnic Company by 6pm.
Step: 3: Grab a cold beverage, slap on a name tag, and start mingling and talking food and travel while you fix your plates and drool over the amazing(ly simple) recipes with other like-minded Italian food lovers. Family-style dining, great conversation, new friends, and door prizes will be the highlight of the evening.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all guests and to respect the time and preparation required for each class, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy:
🔸 Cancellations
More than 72 hours before class: You may receive 100% credit towards a future class at Natchitoches Picnic Company, or transfer your ticket to another guest.
Less than 72 hours before class: You may receive 50% credit towards a future class at Natchitoches Picnic Company, or transfer your ticket to another guest.
Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show.
🔸 No Shows
If you do not attend your reserved class and have not contacted us in advance, your reservation will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
🔸 Minimum Enrollment & Weather Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met or in the case of severe weather. In this case, you will receive 100% credit towards a future class at Natchitoches Picnic Company.
