Absence/Cancellation Policy: Natchitoches Picnic Company must be notified at least 48 hours in advance to adjust for food and supplies. Credit may be used towards any future cooking classes within one year. If cancelling less than 48 hours in advance, a 30% restocking and administrative fee will be retained. The remainder may be used towards future cooking classes within one year. Credit may be used towards any cooking classes and/or transferred to another guest. Same day cancellation or no-shows will forfeit the price of the event ticket.
